Excellent Scores for Ryan

Ryan played two pieces for a judge for the Spring Festival and she did excellent!  She got 24/25 and 25/25.  We were so proud of all her hard work and practice.

Polly spent two hours naked in the sandbox.  She had a blast!  Lots of sand in lots of cracks!

Murph and I sunbathed while I read uninterrupted for 1 hour- thank you
sand box and trampoline and beautiful weather!

Hill Sock Hop 2017

The girls always have so much fun at the Sock Hop and this year did not disappoint! Polly got to run around the dance floor this year and everyone thought she was the cutest!

Bangs for Emma!

Emma decided she really wanted to try bangs.  I was not for it, but Beth convinced me to let her cut her some so Emma wouldn't try to cut her own.  Emma also agreed to drop the idea of getting a guinea pig if I let her cut bangs.  So, she got bangs, and she is so cute!  She could hardly take her eyes from the mirror she loved them so much.

Eye appointments

I took both Emma and Ryan to see the eye doctor this year.  I knew Ryan needed new glasses and I wanted to make sure Emma didn't need glasses.  She was really hoping she needed glasses and begged the doctor for some.  Emma's vision was perfect and she doesn't even need to come back for 2 years.  Ryan's eyes are more nearsighted so she is getting new lenses (she wants to keep her purple frames).

I took the big girls to see another fantastic children's plat at The Artisan.  They loved it.

Summer-like weather in February!

We have been loving the 70 degree days we have been having.  We have been hitting some patios and spending a lot of time out back.  The girls love to be outside, especially Polly.
