ATX/River Trip 2011!

We are very spoiled. We are so lucky to have such an awesome group of relatives that love to spend time with our kids, and give us the opportunity to get away for a weekend! It seems like we have gotten to do a lot of fun things this summer. Grandparents are the best! Just ask Emma and Ryan. They got to spend time with Gran, Mamaw & Grandpa, and Gramma & Aunt Bethany while we went to Austin for a couple nights! They also got a visit from Papa the night before we left town. How cool for our girls to be so loved by so many people! It is also so nice to be able to leave town for a weekend and know that our girls are in great hands and that they are having fun.
We had some fun too! We got to spend time with a bunch of our friends. Friday night we went out on the town. Saturday we rented a bus that took us down to New Braunfels to float the Comal River. It was so fun! Then, we got up early on Sunday and rented stand up paddle boards ("SUP's") on Town Lake. I wish I would have gotten pictures of that part. It was awesome! We had a great time.
