The second Chris heard that Beauty and the Beast was coming to theatres in 3D he said he wanted to take Ry on a date. The first chance he got he took her! They had a blast! She knows all of the words and lyrics so she enjoyed singing along with the big screen. She enjoyed french fries and popcorn while her Daddy enjoyed a beer! Gotta love Studio Movie Grill. She did not enjoy the 3D glasses and preferred to watch the movie in 2D without anything on her face! Halfway through the movie she decided she wanted to snuggle on Chris' lap. He of course welcomed the snuggle. She has been potty trained for a couple weeks now and has never had an accident. She wears her panties proud and always lets us know when she has to go. Tinkle, that is. Like I said in a previous post, #2 is still a work in progress. Very slow progress because little miss has been suffering from some serious constipation. Being unable to master the #2 on the toilet has kept her from going her normal 2-3 times a day. She saves it up and eventually does all her #2 business at night in her night diaper. Well, as Chris was enjoying his snuggles during the movie Ryan suddenly said she needed to go potty. She had gone to the bathroom right before the start of the movie, but he was prepared to take her at least once during the movie. He started to put her down so he could stand up and take her and he realized something was sitting on his leg. It was not a piece of popcorn. He had to use his cell phone light to identify it and when he realized what it was he scooped it up in a napkin and Ry up and made a run for the bathroom. After a long drawn out clean up session involving the handicap stall, all of the wipes he had and a mound of paper towels they got to return to the theatre for the rest of the movie. Poor Ry had #2 all over herself, her dress, her penny shoes and her daddy prior to the clean up. Chris is a good man. He did the best clean up job he could with what he had. He got it all off of Ryan and he assured her that it was okay because she was traumatized and kept saying to her self "it's OK, it's just an accident." And, he gets Dad of the Year for this one, he watched the second half of the movie with poop smeared on his jeans. AND, he came home and laughed about it and said they had a great time!
