The Ladies Book Club we started seven months ago has been a success. I look forward to it every month. A few moms in the group thought it would be fun to get the kids together for a kid book club/play group. We had out first get together and it was a ton of fun! Becca, Lilly and Katie hosted it. We had a great turnout! 12 kids! We read Gruffalo's Child and made a mask from the book and then watched the movie. The kids also made some Valentines crafts and we all enjoyed lunch and treats! We have been tossing around names for the Ladies Book Club, and so far The Ivie Leaguers has been the most popular. So, as of right now, we are calling our kid book club The Little Leaguers! We hope to have a kid book club every few months.
