Potty training

Emma is showing all the signs that she is ready to potty train.  I am about to suck it up and do it.  She loves to take her diaper off and sit on the little potty.  She tells us when she needs to tinkle and also when she poops.  Her timing isn't right yet though.  For example, she grabbed my hand and said "tinkle" and led me into her bathroom.  Then, she took off her diaper, lifted the lid and sat down.  She sat there for 20 seconds and made faces like she was trying to go.  Nothing happened.  Then, she said "yay" and clapped her hands.  She hopped up and ran into her walk in shower and proceeded to pee.  I have some work to do.
