Spring Break trip to Austin!

Uncle and Aunt Mis moved to Austin a few weeks ago. We were very sad that they are now 3 hours away instead of forty minutes, but we plan to make frequent trips to visit. They now live in Spicewood, outside of Austin, on the Pedernales River and right by Lake Travis. We decided to make our Spring Break trip this year to the hill country to visit them! The weather was beautiful and we spent most of our 3 days in the pool and in the river. We ate great food, and enjoyed our time together. We will definitely be making frequent trips back!

There is an awesome sandy beach where the girls made sand castles,
buried Uncle and Daddy, and we set up a sand volleyball net!

Aunt Rocks even got Ryan a Barbie fishing pole.

She loved it!

I had a great time fishing with my big girl.
I know that she will have memories of fishing with her grandpa some day too!

Claudya and Dustin gave Ry and Emma new fairy wings and tutus!

Emma did so good putting herself to sleep in a big bed.
We put the kids to bed and stayed up late with Uncle
and Aunt Mis to have steaks, drinks and catch up.
