Finally it is officially SUMMER! It has already felt like we were on summer break but now we officially are. No more virtual learning. All the girls did great and persevered (as did their parents). Emma got back to official soccer practices this week and we got away for a long weekend in Houston/Galveston. Chris and I were supposed to be in Mexico for Cindy's wedding but COVID ruined those plans and Chris still had the shifts off. We decided to make the most of his vacation days and get away. We had a blast visiting the Crowley family for a night and then three nights at the beach. We made some great memories and it was great to get away from our house for a change of scenery!
