Polly Turns 5 in Quarantine!

Originally Polly had wanted a big birthday party at Urban Air with all of her school friends.  She had told me that she wanted to invite her whole class.  So, that had been the plan.....until Covid19.  We realized pretty quick that Uban Air was not going to happen so we started brainstorming ideas to make her feel special.  Ryan had a classmate who had a birthday drive by parade and it was a lot of fun, so we decided to plan one for Polly.  It turned out to be SO MUCH FUN!  It lasted 7 minutes and the AFD fire truck led the way and sang happy birthday to her, then 30+ cars drove by with signs and balloons and presents and then Pantego fire truck brought up the caboose!  So special.  Polly LOVED it.  She kept saying it was the best birthday ever.  After the parade we sat in the front yard with grandparents all spaced out and let Polly open her gifts and we did cake. It really was a fun day! We are so lucky to have so many friends and family members who love our girls.

Last sleep as a 4 year old!
I cried.

Her big sisters helped me decorate after she went to bed so she woke up to this!

She is FIVE!

Birthday breakfast!
She wanted waffles and strawberries!

She wanted to wear a dress and have her hair curled.

Waiting on the parade!

How is my baby girl 5?!?!?

Aunt Rocks made her a frozen cake!

Gran and PawPaw came over to sit in yard and watch the parade!

And, then we got egged!

Such a fun day!
