Super Copa Week 2020

After qualifying last November for the most prestigious youth soccer tournament in the US, Emma's team finally got to play in it.  It was originally supposed to be in Ohio in June, but Covid ruined that. We were also only one of three NTX teams in the tournament.  Covid also ruined that.  A lot of out of state teams backed out last minute and Super Copa had to add some local teams to fill the brackets.  EIther way it was still an incredible experience for Emma's team and they did awesome! They ended up losing in the Quraterfinals in PK's after OT to a Tulsa team ranked #5 in nation. It was a heart breaker, but they played so well.  Emma played every second of every game and left it all out on the field.  We can't wait to play in it next year!  We had a lot of fun team activities leading up to the tournament and it was a really good week.
Getting a design in her undercut.

Gift bags I stuffed for the team.

Surprise!  Emma's worst nightmare!
He was stuck in our trash can.
