First Few Days at Home

Our tiny jaundiced baby has settled right into our family.  Ryan and Emma are such good helpers and love her so much.  They love all over her and are so proud to show her off to their friends.  We brought Polly up to both of the girl's schools so they could show her off to their teachers and friends.  Everybody comments on how tiny she is.  We have spent some time outside trying to get her jaundice to go away and I have been nursing her every 2- 2.5 hours.  She hardly ever makes a peep.  She is such a content and easy baby. Polly and I spent 3 hours at Starbucks on Wednesday while the maids cleaned our house. I wore her in an wrap and she snoozed and snuggled while I worked on the blog.  She never made a peep. We love her so much.  Many of our friends have come to see her and have been so kind to bring us meals and gifts.  These first few days have been so fun, and it already seems to be going by too fast.  In a few days she will already be a week old.

Carey gave her a Thunder onsesie and a yummy meal for us.
This little toot has really surprised us with how
helpful she has been.
First post-partum beer!

Elise came and brought us a meal.

Her lovie is bigger than her!
Love my Emma!

Happy father of three!

Three little monkeys in my bed.

Getting some rays by the back door.

The Ennis family came to meet Polly and brought us a meal.
Chris bought this bottle of wine in honor of Emma. :-)
The Tharps also visited and brought us a meal.
Kellie was sweet and trimmed Polly's nails.
I am too chicken to.
She looks so tiny in her car seat.
