5K winners!

We had to do a 5K per our 1/2 marathon training. I found a small, local and cheap 5K for the 3 of us to do.  Mom's good friend Jennifer decided to join us!

We all got medals!
Chris and Jennifer got 3rd in their age groups.
Mom and I got 1st in our age groups!

I LOVE running with Chris!
I am so excited for our 1/2 marathon!

SO PROUD of my mom!
Last year we both got 2nd place in this race,
This year we both won our age groups!
 I took 2 minutes off my time!
(A benefit to running a small race is that you can win!)

Emma got a new medal.

And so did Miss Ryan!
